TODAY'S FOCUS

God places each member in the body according to His will. Our place is not determined merely by need, popularity, habit, or personal preference.

TODAY WE CARRY BEFORE THE LORD

We pray for new leaders to rise—Spirit-filled, teachable, trustworthy people who can be discerned, developed, and entrusted with ministry for the strengthening of the church.

LISTEN AND RESPOND

Whom might God be asking me to encourage or help develop?

Am I willing to be trained, corrected, and prepared for greater responsibility?

Are we filling positions or discerning whom God is positioning?

PRAYER

Father, show each person where You are positioning them in the body. Raise up new leaders with character, wisdom, humility, courage, and love. Help us discern calling rather than merely fill vacancies. Give current leaders grace to equip others and give emerging leaders faithfulness in preparation.
