The gifts and manifestations of the Holy Spirit are given for the good of the body and the glory of Jesus, not the elevation of an individual.

TODAY WE CARRY BEFORE THE LORD

We pray for healing, deliverance, signs, wonders, and miracles that confirm the gospel, reveal the compassion of Jesus, and strengthen faith according to God’s wisdom and will.

LISTEN AND RESPOND

Do I desire the Spirit’s gifts for God’s glory or for excitement and recognition?

Can I pray boldly while remaining surrendered to God’s wisdom?

How can we make room for both spiritual expectancy and biblical discernment?

PRAYER

Holy Spirit, move freely among us. Let Your gifts be evident, biblical, mature, and rooted in love. Stretch out Your hand to heal, deliver, and confirm the truth of Jesus Christ. Give us boldness without pride, expectancy without manipulation, and discernment without unbelief. May every work of power serve the common good and glorify Jesus.
