TODAY'S FOCUS

Jesus is the true Shepherd. Earthly shepherds can lead well only as they follow Him toward the pastures, waters, paths, valleys, and tables He has chosen.

TODAY WE CARRY BEFORE THE LORD

We pray for children within Calvary and throughout our community. May they be protected, welcomed, discipled, and surrounded by adults whose lives show what it means to follow Jesus.

LISTEN AND RESPOND

What spiritual example are children seeing in me?

Is God calling me to teach, serve, pray, encourage, or support a child or family?

How can our ministry offer both safety and deep discipleship?

PRAYER

Good Shepherd, lead our Pastor so that he can faithfully lead us. Show him where this congregation needs to rest, grow, walk, endure, and receive nourishment. Draw our children to Jesus and surround them with faithful examples. Give parents and church leaders wisdom to nurture truth, faith, courage, and love in them.
